Meet Amanda Sachs, your go-to vocalist and music teacher who's been rocking the Central PA music scene for decades! 🎤✨ With a killer mix of pop, rock and jazz, Amanda's performances are nothing short of sensational. Touting an undergrad degree in Music Education from Messiah College and graduate studies at West Chester University, she’s been bringing the magic since 2007—teaching voice lessons and classroom music, both privately and in schools like Cumberland Valley and Londonderry with a passion that's totally infectious!

Amanda’s got a knack for turning the fundamentals of vocal technique into something every student can groove to, no matter their style. She loves helping her students discover their own musical paths and to reach their performance aspirations with healthy and confident technique!  Her own deep dives into neurodiversity and trauma-informed therapies anchor her teaching with flexibility and personalization.

Inspired by the First Steps in Music program by Dr. John Feierabend, Amanda developed “Rhythm N Rhymes,” a group program for children ages 0-3 that strengthens early musical intelligence and fosters healthy human relationships between children and their caregivers.

When she's not crafting future rock stars, Amanda is fronting bands like the Will Fisher Orchestra, Modern Blue, Octagon, the Lebanon Big Swing Band, the Unforgettable Big Band, The Gathering Band, and the Keystone Concert Band and many others. Her voice? Think smooth, sultry, and a little bit of playful swagger— “elegant with an earthy touch.” As John Merx from Switch Fu puts it, “Amanda Sachs makes you feel like you’ve been placed inside the recording, like you’re living the song.”

Catch her live at Allenberry Resort, The Vineyards in Hershey, the Harrisburg Hilton, and Cassel Vineyards, or book her for your next big event! 🎶

Amanda’s non-musical interests include being a licensed PA realtor, spending time with her wonderful son, her cat, and her dear friends, and being in nature. She’s also a Usui Reiki Master and 200HR registered yoga teacher—a true life-long learner.

Amanda’s art and musical styles are ever evolving and it is her hope that she can encourage others to rise up into who they are and truly want to be—all through a moment in song. She’s here to inspire others to find their voice and live their truth through the magic of music. 🌟🎶
